His immortality is somewhat of a trident. He can stay alive as long as Flippy is alive, making him invulnerable to a 'permanent fate'. He can be killed when he loses love for Flippy, when Flippy is killed PERMANENTLY. Or if Ashley Veteran reverse seals him

Ashley was the one who allowed Miko to be attached to Flippy's lifespan. And thus can end it as long as strengthen it. Ashley may be more of a trickster then Ashton.
